Recently, South Africa included Ghana in its visa waiver program, demonstrating their growing connection. Another testament to this bond is the booking of several Ghanaian entertainers to perform at the ‘Celebrating A Musical Legend – 2024 Legends and Legacy Ball Africa Music Awards.’
Headlined by the iconic Yvonne Chaka Chaka, this remarkable musical event and awards ceremony will commemorate South Africa’s 30th anniversary as a Republic. Representing Ghana at the event will be King Promise, DJ Lord OTB, Camidoh, and the Characters Band.
The celebration is scheduled for July 13, 2024, at the Sandton Convention Centre in South Africa. The festivities will begin with a red carpet event at 4 pm, followed by the main event at 6 pm.
